In memory of Enrique Rivera who passed away on Nov. 22 of 1998.
In the summer of 1999, his brother and founder, Roberto decided to
commemorate his death and organize the Puerto Rican Cultural
Festival on the last weekend of July of each year. Every anniversary we
have been gathering at the Campagnone Park in Lawrence to celebrate this
wonderful event.
